I actually don't really understand how Mini died there; you should have been fine. If you look at the point where he dies frame by frame, you can clearly see the following: (Keep in mind: 1 hp = 0.5 hearts or half a heart) Mini jumps onto the enderman and gets hit for 10 hp. 1. He regenerates 2 hp. 2. He jumps in again and gets hit, bringing him down to 1 hp. 3. He gets knocked back and regenerates 1 hp midair. 4. By the time he lands, he has regenerated up to 3 hp. 5. He lands on the ground perfectly fine without taking any fall damage, which he didn't take the first time either, and with his shield up, stable at 3 hp. 6. He stands there for a few frames, long enough for his sword cooldown to regenerate. 7. Then he just suddenly pops out of existence, with no death message whatsoever! The dragon didn't hit him, the enderman was long out of range, and he even had his shield up. There wasn't any arrow from the others that might have hit him; he just dies. I think this death was definitely caused by server lag and not entirely his fault, even though he shouldn't have gone that close to the enderman.

2 explainations:- 1 - In Rekrap's video, at the exact moment when Mini died , Rek looked back and there was the same Enderman on fire But , He was not in a BOAT in rek's perspective, so , The server might have lagged when he placed the boat and it showed to him that there is a boat but actually, there was not, but this doesn't explain about the shield tho 2- At the exact frame before the connection lost clip , you can clearly see that there are legs of a second Enderman which might indicate that another Enderman was angry at him and attacked him from the back Mix:- The boat might be in Mini's client side server but not the actual server and the Enderman hit him twice and then , a second Enderman attacked from the back while he was holding the shield in front of the first enderman

You can see that at 16:20 , he saw another Enderman 13 seconds before dying, and at 16:21 , you can also hear the Enderman being angry at him

I think right before he turned to put the boat his crosshair briefly went over an enderman in the distance. He probably didn't realize that and the enderman that killed him was actually behind him
