I've killed Lyons a few times. He drops a crafting material you can use to build the thermal scope, not the scope itself

No he also drops the scope sometimes. But many people miss it because it’s ON the blue SVD he has. Sometimes it’s just a regular scope but sometimes it’s the thermal on his gun. Gunna take it off the gun or take the gun to get it
