Kangbulpa ingredients:
Olive oil 250g
Minced garlic
Green onions
Vietnamese peppers 3
Beef (for bulgogi) 80g
Pasta
Stock
Bibimbap soy sauce
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Baek Jongwon's all-purpose soy sauce:
Soy sauce 2 cups
Cooking wine 1 cup
Minced garlic 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Minced ginger 1 spoon
Sesame oil 1/3 cup
Recipe:
1. Make the green onion oil.
2. Make the all-purpose soy sauce.
3. Cook the pasta.
4. Add the green onion oil to a frying pan and cook the meat on a medium heat.
5. Add the peppers once the meat is cooked.
6. Add the pasta.
7. Add the all-purpose soy sauce.
8. Add a little stock.
9. Stir-fry everything. (Make sure you do it like a pro chef)
10. Plate and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
11. Add some parsley.
12. Make sure you take a photo and enjoy.
