After losing my father through a tough battle a couple of months ago. Everything all hit me at once… the dreams, the ambition I carry in me everyday to strive to do better, the mental state I was in, it all hit me at once and it felt like my whole world was falling apart…. I woke up one day and asked myself, is this what my father would want if he was still here right now? To give up? To leave everything behind? Absolutely not. I keep on fighting, I keep on pushing, I keep on grinding and succeeding. Honor yourself with hard work and dedication to achieve everything you desire in life. Honor his name everyday to continue to make him proud. This is why I love watching these videos. It reminds me every day that I still have a purpose here.

I lost my father 5 years ago. Watched him pass away right in front of me. Hes last words was i love u and take care of the family. I went into a deep depression and never though i was going to be ok again. The gym though saved my life.
