The weapon upgrade system is RNG. You can roll a green (common) weapon and get a gold (epic) weapon. Its more common to roll the next tier or maybe 2 tiers up but it can still happen. Great video :)

Ah okay. I’m generally not a fan of RNG, but at least they’re strewn about the map such that everyone has an equal chance to use one. Thanks for watching!

@@jrsouthworth_ exactly! I think it’s an interesting mechanic since you could die, lose all your loot and spawn in, find a weapon, get 3 tags and potentially get an epic weapon so you’re not at a huge disadvantage when fighting late game.

There’s no way these devs don’t release on console. It’s a small team, but i can easily see them being able to pull of a console port

That’s a fun idea! I equally like the idea of guns from major wars. Guns like the Kar98, M16, and MP34 all make sense for toy soldiers

The game is called Mini Royale! As of right now playtesting is only on Steam on PC, but I believe the devs have crossplay planned for the future
