Fighting Wrongful LIRR Parking Tickets in Syosset

Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.
PEA B. Cunnius is a parking enforcement agent who worked the Syosset LIRR parking lot on 2/25/2016. Agent Cunnius issued my rental SUV ticket #E2712393 for allegedly parking without a permit. My evidence will clearly demonstrate a temporary parking permit issued from the Town of Oyster Bay was clearly and properly displayed in the front window on the dashboard of my rental vehicle as directed by the town of Oyster Bay personnel. Consequently, I an innocent of these charges and am disappointed by the blatant incompetence exhibited by Agent Cunnius.

To add insult to injury, Judge Marks had the audacity to insinuate the pass was not in the window when I clearly showed it earlier that morning and then again when I returned. It must be nice to be able to make the law work however you want it to without being truly fair and impartial.
