There is no clone stamp tool alternative in Figma. Everything on Figma is Vector based so you can only duplicate the whole layer and make vector based changes with nodes.

Can you tell me Undo command please ???

Undo is default like any other tool.. just do a Ctrl + Z or you can also goto 'Edit' menu and click undo.
