Picked this up on eBay for £50, Bargain! Awesome figure. I believe I got a newer version which has the elbow joints recoloured and the equipment launcher bottom piece fix which is now a peg instead of a fragile piece that breaks easily, which is nice.

My only complaint is that they put the torso's lower ball joint too close to the hips, so the hips hit against it and hinders articulation a bit, not a lot, but enough to be a hindrance. They could've made it higher up or smaller. Also, I don't think it was necessary to make him so heavy, they could've made the torso a bit lighter by having hollow areas, so that it doesn't strain the legs as much.

Actually... there's another complaint, those god awful elbow joints, they should've used a double joint there. Glad to see that Figma Link TotK will have double joints, but they really* should've started with this guy.

agreed. he doesnt hv ideal poseability unfortunately. but my dad love the intricate detail on him.

true, up to this point, figma figures typically sculpt the limbs after the joints. they mostly hv identical hinge peg joint from figure to figure. they never change the joint design itself 😂

really sucks that the legs are loose I think my copy is even worse with some of the most wobbly joints I’ve ever handled genuinely frustrated the hell out of me which made me just keep him in a standing pose also a little nitpick to me would be for the bfg paint job it’s really dull without any weathering the figure looks great! but my issues marked down how I felt on the figure

the thigh can simply be fixed either w/ joint tightener or stuff some shred of toilet paper in the socket. the bfg, i think is quite accurate because it's a 'new' prototype weapon, so i can accept the clean look. thx for the visit, friend 🙏🙂

As toyfront said, this can be fixed rather easily to fantastic results, however, id advice against super glue or toilet paper, toilet paper is too soft and it'll probably mush after a bit. Just put a bit of regular old paper in that socket and you'll be golden, and take out those hip pieces while you're at it, not having them will increase the amount of hollow space, and thus, the amount of articulation.

Wow that detail looks superb but I wish figma start to use at least colour match joint. Tbh I like figuart more because the joint are not ugly as figma

I have a figma doomslayer figure and I love it! But then when I moved both of his arms, they feel really stiff, tight and they squeak when I moved it 360 digress on both arms on the shoulders and I’m not forcing it to much cuz I know that the peg will brake if I do it forced, anyone got any lubricants that they can recommend me to use?
