I'm back. This took a bit longer to make than I thought... as usual, and as you can see there are various changes to my room although that was all finished early January. I'm trying some new stuff with the videos as usual. Admittedly there might be a bit too much of me talking about things other than the figure in the first half of the video. Honestly aside from functioning as actual reviews these reviews are excuses for me to talk about dumb stuff but I might have overdone it idk I'm still trying to figure this stuff out and I spent too much time editing that to get rid of it. Either way, it's more content. My channel seems to lack that and you can't always make content that you're completely happy with. Hopefully I'll be able to fix the lack of content soon. Also I really don't know much about guns and history, I also know people who are really annoying about it which is why my apprehension with these subjects shows in the video. If you want to criticise any inaccuracies feel free to, I'll just do what everyone else does and straight up ignore it.

i wanna buy it when it announced, and then i realized that GSC said that it was based on The movie version, which when tanya already got SIG MKMS. In the Figma she's still use modragon rifle. Also in the movie she's usually use google now when at war. can we called this as an inaccuracy, why dont they give us another weapon accesories, is kadokawa license really that expensive?

It's probably just "based on the movie" because that's the most recent release. It's like how the Konosuba figmas are based off the second season of the anime despite there not really being much of a difference.

The shoulder joints are supposed to extend out like, that, actually. Allows for more range of motion in the shoulders. It's not on all figmas tho for some reason. Also, great video, you just earned a sub.

Sadly, don't exist a Figma figure of Stroheim (And will probably not going to exist), so, a "Nazi Noisy Bizarre Duo" with German Robocop and Loli Hitler can't be created. (Well, the Legend Statue is an option, but is really big, and I don't think it can be easy to get just for the joke)

Tanya in the manga is a staunch Libertarian and hates the part of human nature that leads to genocide, citing the nazi's as an example. Nazism is a collectivist ideology meanwhile libertarianism is more individualist, fundamentally being opposites in that one is pro state, while the other is pro individual. She is a follower of Niche, whos ideals where highjacked by the Nazis after his death in 1900, the nazis appeared sometime after WW1. The Nazis and Hitler hated the Kaiser and old Germany, but kept several things as a nationalistic recruiting tool, example being that Americans with German heritage fought for the Nazis, but were unaware of their ideals, saying it was all for the fatherland. I loved your review, and would buy the figure if it wasnt so expensive DX and I love WW1 stuff and Tanya!

That alternate rifle stock is probably to allow you to more easily shoulder the rifle against Tanya's...well, shoulder or not get in the way, since from this angle 5:07 it looks shorter. Probably. From some experience I've had with figures, the stocks on some rifles can be a bit too long and make it impossible to achieve certain poses, like just aiming the rifle or aiming prone. It's kind of a cost between functionality and full form. Also, nice use of Yuusou.

Sometimes it's down to a bit more realistic effect, being that Tanya is a young teen then a youth or simply a chopped/customized stock would be crafted to help in training & use. {As a kid you realize it's not easy firing a rifle or shotgun with a adult/normal stock, the accuracy, handling, recoil management tends to suffer. At least it did for me.} Not sure on youtube if they still have the German version of the Boy Scouts(have to choose my wording just in case they remove my comment {H Youth}), training films from WW2. I recall that was from the History Channel.

The only thing I was bummed about from this figure was that this figure was delayed for almost 2 years from when it was first announced. They delayed it for so long that they decided to market it for the Tanya Movie.. the only problem with that is that I'd hope they'd have added some of her movie accessories like her Pistol or something.

6:20 hopefully i can explain that. no the loli hitler is not accurate. the empire in Youjo Senki is actually based on WW1 germany, with the emperor, semi power people's congress, and especially how the military is structured and operates(interior lines). while tech wise, we do see it go into WW2 (even down to the rommel cameo), and the events of the war go into WW2. as for the other countries, they odd. theres a mix of WW2 themed countries (see UK, aka commonwealth, or the USA. and yeah, Russia) theres also a mix of WW1 themed (dacia, denmark/sweden) , and post WW1, pre ww2 countries (france) Tanya herself is very much practical, always staying inside the written laws of war (which she herself admits is a bit outdated and can be stretched to get around certain things, examples of this is the attack on a submarine, which is not actually covered as a civilian vessel or a neutral vessel and so is fair game. or the bombardment of a civilian city, by first telling all civilians to evacuate days ahead of time, leaving just the insurgents. we all know this leaves the problem of meatshields, but from a logistic and tactical perspective, its acceptable as you take less losses overall and they need to deal with the matter fast or risk losing all supply trains heading to the front line. and yeah, technically this is allowed by the law of war at the time. cause it didn't expect that specific scenario. also see dacia.) finally, the author of Youjo Senki has stated over and over he hates nazis, and he aimed at avoiding Tanya being anything close to a Nazi, while keeping her as a military genius. sadly...alot of people mistake military success for nazi nowadays......specially when it concerns germany. just shows people failed WW1 history. and yeah, author has said tanya is a she. born a girl, and he's implied the man she was before shares a mind with Tanya (refering to her in 3rd person in the books time to time. "tanya would have done this if not for me" etc. so girl, with a mind with 2 people in it......wierd)

Honestly, I just keep forgetting. I've gotten criticism on this before and I agree I should take more care of them if they'll be on camera. My schedule is a bit messed up which I'll probably detail in a video at some point, what this means is with my current situation and work I don't really have too much time to record so whenever I do have time to record I have to do it in whatever state I'm in. Also I don't keep my nail clippers in close proximity which makes it harder for me to remember. I'll just move them right now.

No, I'm pretty sure the shoulder joint isn't supposed to be like that. The shoulder joints are supposed to be extendable, that's true. However, the part I was talking about was the part keeping in the shoulder joints which isn't supposed to move. When I demonstrated it in the video the joint was already extended so the only part that was moving was the part keeping the joints in. Hence why by pulling on only one arm both arms were effected.
