You can't do any of this stuff without figuring a lot out on your own. He's saying that each situation just requires a bit of playing, and there's no way he's going to anticipate every situation. Keep in mind this is a FREE video. Don't be so entitled.

Hello, when I make an animation in frames in figma, it contains the pulse and a hand simulating a touch screen. But when I want to export by lottie I only see the pulse animation and not the hand, does anyone know why that could be?

We ideally would not use a gif, we would directly use the lottiefile.

Yeah. NO. You can do only simple animations. You can't do anything other than simple linear transformations, there is no timeline where you can set and move keyframes.
