Nicely done (as always)! How do you do your drawing? What program? Blackboard? If you don't mind a little constructive criticism, you tend to repeat phrases, like "so the angle here is, the angle here is.." - not a big deal, but perhaps it would be better without the repeated phrases? You do such a fine job explaining things, you are really helping people - that you give away so much work is a really beautiful thing - I hope you can pay the bills!

How did we know AE is a straight line at the start? How we did know all C angles are 60, and not 50? I really would like to believe that we just didn't assume that it is.

AE is a straight line, all triangles always add up to 180, if ACE is 180 and there are 3 angles splitting it then it should be 60 since 60 x 3 = 180

I thought the same thing. If you listen at the beginning of the video he says "so, we have this larger triangle here". This is enough information to assume that AE and BE are both straight lines.
