Their warranty is literally a joke!! they do everything to pretend it exists, except honour it. avoid at all cost!!

Yeah they last long time in short term but after only 8 months one will stop working and they become trash. Mifo are terrible and don’t even respond to customers. Look all over the internet to see many people with same issue. It’s a shame because they are a nice design and I would have been a long term loyal customer but I wasted my money on these. I now have seinheisser.

I noticed the options on the site says touch activated on some of the colours, I want to get the matte black earbuds but that colour is not touch activated. What is touch activated? Can you still change songs etc with the non touch-activated?
