For the past few months, I've been working on my master's dissertation. The topic I chose is a really tough one. I felt very lonely and sometimes depressed. I have been following any encounter in Rugby especially with our Polynesian friends, Tonga and Samoa. What I have found out is that they are too proud of themselves and most of them post negative comments downgrading our Fijian ancestry and phenotype. What they forgot is that we are all God's creation and also forgot that part of their cultures comes from Fiji. The Tatau from Samoa is a gift from Fiji which they are now proud of, the Monarchy in Tonga has links to Fiji which they are proud of.....so please stop the grudges and be proud of our blood link........

Where have you seen Samoans and Tongans downgrading the Fijian ancestry? If anything, we’ve been uplifting each other especially in these types of sports where NZ and Aus are dominant. From a Samoan brother, all credit to the Fijian team for playing whole heartedly and spreading the love. ✌🏽
