I was on Meth and had no self love as I had relationships that had me feeling I was never going to fall in love. And I carried that pain so close and of course I used more Meth to avoid those feelings of abandonment. Then I met a man from Scotland who showed me how to love again. I’m Maori and am coming up 6yrs clean and 20yrs happy. Our friend (Samoan) played this song to us at our Anniversary Saturday 20th Nov 2021 and I just love it.
