@@TheLostBells I love Fiji so much, from the moment you arrive at the airport. One thing I don’t do is the cava.
@murielrose3874 жыл бұрын
Something that is not mentioned in your findings or experience in Fiji is: if you stayed in the residential areas for example Airb&b accommodations foreigners are targeted at your accommodation at nights. One has to be so careful and also some Fijians are extremely friendly because that want goodies. Not all Fijians are friendly as they can be very sly and gossiping in your presence. I worked as a volunteer in the and lived with locals for sometime and I get to know them better and their motives.

@AJ Ghali I’m retiring in the next few years. I’m looking for a peaceful place. Preferably a house on the beach that’s away from the world but is close enough to go shopping when I need supplies. I hear, getting over there can be a lot of red tape if you want to take your household items from America to Fiji. I’m also researching Bocas del Toro Panama also. Fiji is cheaper though.

Thank you for reacting our country. I'm Rotuman ancestry from Fiji, but I grew up in the mainland (Viti Levu). You should go to Rotuma. It's one of the safest island apart from the others in Fiji. Crime free, villages in Rotuma don't even have doors and windows are like wide open, but they don't even bother to steal even when you left your house. Unlike here in Fiji, once you leave the house with your doors and windows wide open, and when you came back a moment later, all your things are taken. So when you come to Fiji, avoid walking alone at night (you never know what's happening out there), lock your cars if you have one, keeping your things (like your wallet) out of sight, and if you live in hotel, apartment, or if you have a place to live, make sure to lock everything like close your windows and doors and locked before you leaving. I hope you enjoy your stay and thanks for sharing your videos about Fiji. Love you guys. 😘😘😘❤️🇫🇯
