Freddy Fesaitu the band leader of Rootstrata wrote the song in 1976. They recorded the song and released it 2 years later. George Fiji Veikoso was brought up in Raiwaqa alongside Freddy Fesaitu the writer and singer of Warrior of Love. That Tongan singer cover the song in 1986 for your information. He didn't even ask for permission from Freddy Fesaitu. Freddy Fesaitu gave approval of the song to be renewed by George Fiji Veikoso.
