Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance and Strategic Planning, National Development and Statistics, Hon. Dr. Biman Prasad informed the Parliament on the reasons for the virement and redeployment of funding away from capital and operational expenditures allocated in the 2023-2024 financial year and its utilisation.
