● The current Political Parties Act was imposed by the previous Govt. Administration, the Fiji First Govt. > Why didn't they follow the Act itself, looking at these areas where they don't comply by not having AGMs and not even Grievience body and its processes. This happens on a high level of bias in an unfair, unjust and unethical manner as far as the Rule of Law is concerned and is supreme. > Thorough investigations needs be conducted now within the Fiji First Party's standing body and its committee and founders. > There is a breach of the constitution by the party here. > The involved person(s) shall be taken to task for liable in the 17 MPs being illegally removed from the party, without following the proper processes and the Law itself. JUSTICE SHOULD SERVE ITS COARSE..!! ~ Peace ~

Should she be bounded by confidentiality to refrain from airing out in public any complaints made by members of a political party without their consent? And especially naming him/them and also while the case is still pending.

Now it's funny that she's pointing fingers. Can she advise on what and how long the process of investigation would take and if by any chance no glitches were found by the AG's Office.
