Assalam o Alaikum Sir according to section 114 of income tax ordinanace a Widow, a orphan is not mandatory to pay income tax. Now my question is if he sale property of about 7 to 8 million then can he ya tax or not or it is mandatory to pay tax on the money of sold out property
