You know what's funny? My first encounter with Filian wasn't even her VR streams, it was the OTK League tourney. I feel like she overplays this energetic goofball bit, and she is actually really shy. Most companies don't want their advertisements on videos that have swearing, especially advertisers whose target audience is kids. Lots of videos will lose majority of their viewers within the first 15 seconds. The combination of those facts is why the first 15 seconds matter a lot more with the swearing policies, but after that the policy is more lenient.
