You cannot discharge punitive damages in ANY bankruptcy court. Chapter 7 or 13 won't save her PERIOD. If the court requires you to reaffirm ( Chapter 13) you pay the creditors between 1-10% of your balance at time of filing. She can pay those creditors over 5 years however it AIN'T NOTHING SHE CAN DO BUT PAY THE LADY!!!!

You actually don't have to be behind to have a sale forced on your property as long as the equity is over the exempt amount in your state. For what Tasha did to Cardi I'm actually glad she found some recourse. Said the same thing a few years back, people were saying I don't know what I am saying. Said she will lose her cases, she lost not once but twice, and if she goes the third time she will be set as an example for her clownery. I kept saying that she can't file for bankruptcy and she is not thinking about her kids, she is thinking selfishly that she wants to be right and she will do whatever to prove what she did was justified. She can fake public jokes but it will get so expensive for her and her husband. She also can't be hiding and moving money and assets around because once they find out she is in trouble. And if she keeps wasting the court time, she will be taught a major lesson about why you don't waste the judge's and court system's time. They won't care if she has kids, they will force her on a budget, where they will monitor all her money, and assets then give her what she and her family can live on. She will have to go very small for a long time. And since they both might not have made any agreement before marriage a signed legal prenup, what is his and what is hers is hers, generating any debts from each other, if they try to change that now it is a bit too late to make agreements, either he has to separate his business from hers but still they will check into his paycheck to take his money. They will also check if he has been helping to move money and assets around. They both are in legal hot waters, she was too noisy, and they already figured her out, silently monitoring them.

I think you can request an affordable payment plan through Chapter 13, but you can not discharge a punitive debt under chapter 7. So the sister is correct. However, is Tasha K’s business a separate entity? Isn’t her business filed as a LLC? If so, I don’t think they can come for personal assets, correct?
