Good info for those looking. There are different types of women and cultural considerations in the Philippines it seems. Province girls will usually be more naive than city girls, but both are more conservative in these matters than western women. There are exceptions, of course, such as bar girls, but that is really its own niche. Key is to ask yourself what is important to you. You need to know what you NEED to be satisfied. You need to ask what she has tried, been curious about trying, and what any "hell no" dealbreakers are. It'll be an odd conversation, culturally, so do so very gentlemanly and with kindness. My wife of many years was raised in rural Mindanao and I told her when we met and spent time together that oral intimacy was a must for me. She expressed a willingness to try when the time came, but no pressure and nothing at first. Once the time came she was fine and embraced it. I should have been even more open and honest, but that is a hard conversation when you are just getting to know each other. I also had a need for ana1 sex and other fetishes, but didn't want to scare her off. Fortunately, after being together for many years, I opened up and told her and long for doing much more in the bedroom and she was accepting of that. Be honest with each other, respectful, and willing to try things for your partner and you stand a very good chance of overcoming your cultural differences.

Sounds good, Fretchie, but if Filipinas are so conservative, religious and innocent, how do you explain all these single mothers, many of them still in their teens?

While working in a rural community, parents told me that many teens enter relationships without guidance which likely lead to early pregnancy. For some, sexual activity is a way to cope with POVERTY and stress. It's heartbreaking knowing that most schools don’t offer sex education, and social media fuels curiosity, pushing the teens to experiment.

@@fretchiedepablo True, but in the case of teenage mothers it is a way INTO poverty! I think it's also a mentality. I personally had a one-on-one conversation with two Filipino teens (one boy, one girl). I specifically talked about safe sex and anti-conception. Neither of them used it. The girl got pregnant and the boy made two girls pregnant in half a year's time.

My fiance reminds me of how women here used to be. Loving, caring, family first, head of household. I think that's why older American men find love there. Women in the US have been brainwashed that career comes first and men are not needed.
