Polvoron is a powrdered milk with mix of some nuts, sugars and other varieties of flavors like ube, cookies and cream, peanut etc. One of my favorite local desert. Bangus or milkfish have a lot of fish bone. You can have it removed by the vendor for a small fee so it would be boneless. You can cook sinigang with it. Fried bangus is best eaten with tomatoes. Before you fry the bangus you have to put salt first in order to penetrate the meat of the bangus.You can also marinate it w/vinegar,salt and pepper.You can marinate it overnight or an hour.But,it's more delicious overnight.Or you can make sinigang w/tamarind or knor sinigang or with ripe guavas,very delicious.
