Your content was great, searching for filipino restaurant the first video i watched in oslo was fantastic and just by looking at the food how they had literally twist like the adobo. I love food. Ofcourse for us its typical, but filipino man said 85 percent non filipino who comes back and people who love comes back appreciates food. I second the motion! Madrid Pinoy food needs to take the next step too…there are a lot of earthy, homey places to get your adobo fix, but maybe it’s time for a resto or gastropub similar to Pig and Khao in the US, or the Pinoy resto you featured in Oslo (Kain?), to set up shop. That way, our cuisine is elevated to the mainstream instead of just being consigned as “ethnic food”. Congrats on a great vlog and concept , btw 👍🏼 Just subbed and am truly looking forward to your content.
