You should try it here. It's a must. The snacks, chips, drinks, and other stuff. Go to Boracay, El Nido, Cebu, CamSur, Pangasinan, Baguio, Benguet, Batanes, Siargao, La Union. The clubs here like Moon Club, Xylo, Revel, The Island, Guillys or G-Side Bar.

At 5:44 - That is not ceviche... that is kinilaw. People keep on promoting it as "Filipino Ceviche" which distorts its history and I find that to be very annoying. Pre-colonial Native Americans and pre-colonial Filipinos both ate raw fish, but the natives of the Americas used local sour fruits like passion fruit, while pre-colonial Filipinos used both vinegar and citrus fruits to marinade the raw fish in, (by the way, citrus fruits are native to Asia)... What happened is that the Spaniards saw the natives of the Philippines preparing Kinilaw with citrus and vinegar and they brought that concept back to the Americas. So basically, chili peppers which originated in the Americas was introduced to Asia and had a huge impact on Asian cuisine, while citrus fruits which originated in Asia was introduced to the Americas and had a huge impact on Latin American cuisine.
