He has this stage presence already in Pluus, all Pluus & YGIG members - all Tatang Robin Talents, but they are just more relax esp with Philippine crowd. They are even joking with each other while performing. But UL is a competition & he is in the competitive mood.

Tatang Robin really knows how to spot talents. JL's advantage, other than the obvious, is the exposure to intense training. He's been doing that for 3 years now. I remember Hongganda's interview when Pluus debuted was that it took them longer to train the boys because they were also observing their behaviours, making sure it's going to fit their brand. So, they are chosen not only because of their talents but their characters. Btw, it's pronounced as "plus" like the +. It's not p-p-o-p. It's P-pop for Pinoy Pop.
