They picked the right ambassador! The choice of scenes, the photography, and especially the dignity with which you present individuals and communities to all of us so far removed from such a life are fantastic. You never condescend. Quite the contrary actually. You are humble and self-deprecating, “making fun” of only yourself. In the meantime, you give me such appreciation for the skillful, so-hardworking folks that I will likely never meet in person myself. Please don’t ever underestimate your impact. This video made the old T. Rex song pop into my head: “Get it on, bang ‘agong’, get it on!”. Keep on bangin you guys. With much appreciation from California. Amping, brads.

I got emotional watching this, but happy at the same time that finally government projects could reach remote areas of our country. CPP/NPA is dying, agitation on indigenous people is about to stop.

Super love❤ this, Kulas!!!! awwwe, way to go, lil Tiduray girl reciting her poem for an intro!🥰 really nice seeing how rich the culture is that side of Mindanao, too! I remember i only started to be appreciative of diff cultures back in college spent at Baguio City. And seeing you enjoy while spending time with them makes me reminiscent of the precious moments i was privileged to experience the same way you did! May your tribe increase, too, Kulas! Nobody rocks it the same way you do..😢 Power on!💪🏼

There are few uses for corn cob. You mentioned fuel for cooking. Ground it up to feed the hogs, and the other for cleaning your rear after you use the potty. You just have to be creative on how to do this. Ask any of your buddies how it is done. One day you will have to use it when nothing else is available.

In Maguindanao they speak Taduray and Feyu Gwefen is good morning in Taduray. And there are mango trees everywhere 🥭🥭🥭🌳🌳🌳 And there are carabaos who eats grass 🐃🌱🌱🌱 And the surrounding is really green 🌱🌱🌱🟢🟢🟢 And in Magindanao my classmate is from there in Parang. His name is Jules Teleron. His mom works at Cagayan De Oro fire department near Cogon market 🚒🚒🚒 In Magindanao they made those decorations from bamboo stalk 🎋 And they made those hat from bamboo stalk 🎋➡️👒 And they made those instrument from bamboo lumber which was harvested and it is not planted 🎋➡️🎺 And they are dancing that they had those paper swords and a wood concreter 🗡 And they even made a basket from bamboo lumber 🎋➡️🧺 The Taduarys are the primitive people in Magindanao they are the indigenous people in Magindanao. And they had an Oregano which belongs to the mint family and it is a herbal primitive medicine for cough 🌿 My nanny drank those when she had her cough 🌿 And Jondi and Kumar are not a fake scientist they are a legit scientist because they had their uniform on it bwahahahahahah 🧑🏻‍🔬🧑🏻‍🔬
