I can't explain it well but I think that there is no other type of voice like Regine. There is only 1 and only Regine!. Many singers in the Philippines try to imitate her but still fail!. I dont know but when Regine sings the highest notes. It still sounds so sweet and flawless. The other singers sound sometimes angry when they try to hit the highest notes, maybe because they are struggling.
