As someone from the UK, I take every opportunity to get fresh coconut when in countries like Ph where they grow. Nothing like them!

Definitely. Logistics and colossal costs aside, would be amazing to take the van round the Ph islands! Would probably be cheaper to buy a new van there outright though haha

@andyptv1996 buy a cheap one, use it over there for a couple of months then sell it when you're coming back, you wouldn't lose much and could possibly break even or better

It really isn't as bad as it sounds! It just tastes really stongly of the yoke, sort of an extreme hard boiled egg texture and can be enhanced with the salt and vinegar! A very nice late night snack
