Share premium basically is the difference between proceeds from issuance of shares and the par value of shares Kumbaga, SP= Cash/Subscription Receivable minus Par Value Therefore, never magiging mas malaki amount ng SP kaysa Cash/Sub Receivable. Hope it helps, bheb 🙂
