Junge HTL-Schüler beeindruckten beim Fill Hackathon mit Ideenreichtum und Teamgeist.
Am 14. und 15. Dezember herrschte bei Fill in Gurten, Oberösterreich, reges Treiben abseits der normalen Arbeitsabläufe. Insgesamt 40 Schülerinnen und Schüler der HTLs Andorf, Ried, Braunau und Grieskirchen stellten in fünf gemischten Teams zu jeweils acht Schülern ihren Ideenreichtum unter Beweis. Im Rahmen der mechatronischen Challenge galt es, knifflige Aufgaben im Bereich Konstruktion, 3D-Druck, Automatisierung und Programmierung zu lösen. Ohne Einschränkungen in Bezug auf Kreativität sowie Soft- und Hardware. Im Gegenteil, je kreativer die Lösungswege ausfielen, desto größer die Chance, einen der tollen Preise zu ergattern. Die jungen Talente gingen mit großem Elan ans Werk. Aus der Vielzahl interessanter und oft unkonventioneller Lösungsansätze ragte das Projekt eines Teams heraus. Außerdem wurden die besten 2er-Gruppen je Disziplin gekürt. Die erfolgreichen Teams konnten sich über Preise im Wert von 3.000 Euro freuen.

Young HTL students impressed with inventiveness and team spirit at the Fill Hackathon.
On December 14 and 15, there was a lot of activity at Fill away from the normal work processes. A total of 40 students from the HTLs in Andorf, Ried, Braunau and Grieskirchen put their wealth of ideas to the test in five mixed teams of eight students each. As part of the mechatronic challenge, they had to solve tricky tasks in the areas of construction, 3D printing, automation and programming.
