Fillauer Posterior Mount System

I have a swing phase 2 KAFO made by Fillauer. It has NOT worked correctly since the day it arrived almost 3 months ago. I am beyond frustrated with the absolute lack of function, pressure sores, pitting edema, & discomfort. Been back to get it adjusted many times. Each time it seems to lose more function. Spent 4 hours at the orthotic office today. Now the effing knee joint fails to catch. Now it only workes in the locked position. The dam thing seems to be going from bad to worse. I want to return it. However I can't walk at all with out it. I need something to function as my knee while I am at work I can't afford to lose my job. I have to be able to walk at work. Sorry to write a book. I am soo beyond frustrated & don't know where to turn for help
