Laptop GTX 1060 6gb 2x8 Gb 2666Mhz RAM Software: Solidworks 2018 30 fps was enough to get that smoothness Thanks for your comment

It's not. This is a filling machine which was designed to to fill spreadable foods (such as nut cream) into jars :)

how would it close the cap?

There are blue and green gripping belts on the conveyor after the indexing table. G reen ones grip the jar, blue ones rotate the cap. Black inclined support which is located the top of the cap helps to generate proper press on the cap.
