Grandma On Disability SEARCHED YouTube For FREE Lawn Care & Found Me

I got an email from a grandmother on disability asking me if I knew anyone who could help get her yard restored going into the fall. She said she searched on KZbin for lawn service providers that are able to help people in need and found me! She watched my videos and figured out I was pretty close to her city. I doubted that I would be willing to make the drive out to help her, but I did. When I emailed back, she said that she didn't expect an answer and stated that she is "literally crying right now (silly old gramma!). Thank you!!!!!!!!!". After I finished the service, she again thanked me millions of times and gave me a $20 tip. I still have the tip and will pass it down to someone in need. A week later, she emailed me, stating, "Hi Fill! I just wanted to thank you again for your help. You are the closest that a human could be to an angel!". Made my day :)

To answer all of the questions regarding the weeping cherry tree... I LOVE IT! It grows back down to the ground very quickly and I do have a hard time getting out to trim it by hand. I will have the sun in the front window to help heat in the winter, and my indoor plants are loving the new found sun! I also told Fill that I wasnt sure about the neighbors and if they would like him in their yards. AND he had a truck full to take to the dump all ready and had to drive a long way to get here and get back. The back of his truck was filled to the brim. He is an absolute angel for coming all of this way and doing this job for free AND having to dump it all after. I was beyond thrilled with the results. Thank you Fill for all you do. (That is a hundred and 1! :) )

They should have community centers in towns where teenagers go and cut yards for elderly or disabled people. For free to build character and teach compassion.

I like that you either bag or rake the grass. A lot of the lawn guys in here don’t. I realize that the yards are usually out of control but it’s the details that make it good lawn care and great lawn care-and you do a great job!

I'm with you 100%, the other guys won't haul off the excess, if they aren't going to haul it off at least mulch or pulverize it

Where ever you take the grass, tree clippings etc too, do you have to pay to drop that stuff off? If you do maybe that's one reason most of the other lawn guys on here do not haul that stuff off. They just keep going over the yard etc till everything is super little. Pros & Cons both ways the cost etc.

This is a yard care video, where I live we also need to maintain snow and ice removal for city sidewalk adjacent to our property. So if one can no longer shovel the sidewalk, you have to pay someone to do that. Should a senior have to ultimately leave their paid for home Because they can’t afford to hire someone? Whether lawn or snow, this can leave the homeowner between a rock and a hard place. A top notch job done here, imo! 😇

That was a fantastic job. It's good to see also that you put all the excess dirt and grass in a garbage can and didn't throw it on the property because there are so many who have been doing that and it just freeze a very ugly and unfinished look. But your transformation and the method in which you did her yard left her yard looking immaculate and absolutely beautiful!!
