ND fan here, thanks for the film breakdown fellas. I've always had a lot of respect for Georgia. Good luck next year.

ND fan: thanks for the invite from Rivals site. Great analysis through play dissection. Hopefully ND can sustain the success that Georgia currently has through talent and coaching.

Jesus man, watching this in slow motion and it’s like every play NDs in our backfield.

Underestimated the ND defense.

Brent, I thought exactly what you said about the side judge, had he not taken such a shot; there would have been no flag. You could tell he was hurting when they showed him after the play taking a couple of breaths with a " damn that hurt"! look.

I would have thought a "no call" but a "warning" on that play was most appropriate.

45:15 The Film Guy Network did a great breakdown on the play- presnap the center IDs 34 as the Mike. Because of that, they're supposed to go 4 for 4 across the DL and 55 gets 34, then Etienne gets 24. When the line slants left and 30? stunts inside that should've told 71 that 34 was then his guy, but he gets caught looking at 0, and leaves 34 completely free

I didn’t actually think Notre Dame was going to win this game until Georgia failed to convert on the red zone 4th down. I realize that past ND teams have nothing to do with this one, but it’s hard to separate the two. I’m not sure why this ND team is different, but they are. They have surprising team speed - so much so that I feel like Georgia needed to challenge them vertically more than they did, as the stuff out wide was getting shut down immediately for almost the entire game. We are likely headed for a Notre Dame vs Ohio State national championship. Going to be a lot of people hate watching that one lmao.

Everyone is talking about how bad Gunners release is but my understanding is Bobo's dad has been teaching him since he was 6. Been at UGA for 3 years with Bobo, either that's the release they teach or they don't want to fix it

His throwing motion is long and can be worked on, sometimes this is a game of inches, and that release might cost plays, but him getting run down by a good defense shows his lack of speed and he is not going to make anyone miss, his longest run was 6 yards, where Leonard longest was 32. His play is not holding Georgia back, til we get the O line l, WR fixed does not matter

It's hard to change someone's motion is the issue. I've seen guys work and work and work to change it but as soon as they get in the game their natural motion takes over. Usually its the body mechanics and he just naturally has a long release. It actually looks a lot like Tebow's from back in the day. If it were easy to change you'd see more guys fix their motions. It's usually all the stuff getting to the motion that gets cleaned up but not the natural motion.

We got out schemed and we missed too many blocks is what I heard.

Onye, Traore, Botehlo, & Mills out on the D Line. Can't believe ND has held up this well on defense with how thin they are.

Cross also barely played. It is amazing how ND has stood up to all the injuries this season.

Don't they say the last 4 minutes of the first half and the first 4 minutes of the second half define your game? The drive, Brent, you're referring to before the strip sack was just a waste of a drive pertaining to clock management. Time needed to get off that clock, drive methodically and maybe get 3 points before half. Part of the game unfortunately.
