Great but all this people are totally disconnected with the true independent filmmakers. I can see that when they are talking about A listers or we’ll experience producers .. that according them is not room for new independent filmmakers and I can see they are just to make safe money regardless talent or creativity.. if we have 5 million dollars to finance our film we obviously won’t need them at all.

The biggest issue is that streaming platforms aside from The major ones don’t make real money. If they don’t make money and investors know that it’s a shot in the dark to get a license deal with the big steamers, it’s hard to convince them how they are going to make their money back directly from that film. You need another business model

I wonder how much of a ratio streaming has versus physical. It seems that streaming platforms aren't very interested in indie films.

These are the people who make independent films you most likely haven't seen. You probably refer to the films made by studio productions.
