Beck has so much damn talent, but Stetson just had the dawg in him that made him so much better. Not as talented as Beck, but damn he wasn’t scared to lay it all out out on the line every game.

Agree 100% my friend. This is why I wear a #13 jersey and never will own a #15. Beck is great, but there's just something so west coast about him. Stet bled red and black.

Speed makes audacity possible. I would say Stetson had more talent than any quarterback to ever play at UGA. For three years that talent was not recognized so what he lacked was meaningful reps so he could learn where the windows were in defenses. Once he was the Dogs only option and he was actually coached and developed into a passer he was an absolute demon to defend against. I don't know how fast Stetson was but he made some of the fiercest assassins in college football look pretty ordinary. Nobody is going to say that about any previous UGA quarterback. Something else no one can say about any other UGA QB; SBIV led his team to two national championships.

Carson may have an injury we aren’t aware of
@joedriskill2688
@joedriskill2688 7 сағат бұрын
He’s definitely having trouble throwing to his left. My guess is since he has a stiff left knee on his plant without driving the ball; it is either an injury, too much bend on his plant, or he’s opening his hips too wide throwing left. When he “climbs the hill” and moves up in the pocket; he’s got better drive on the ball.

I'm pretty sure I recently heard a postgame soundbite -- like interview, not p.c. -- where Carson alluded to having a bruised rib. The change in mechanics speaks more to a pulled or strained oblique imo.

Brooks how much do you put on Bobo’s shoulders? I think he’s doing fine. Lotta of complainers out there that refuse to watch the film and think they just know what’s going on and don’t need to watch film to know about football (which is crazy). What do you say to those people? Btw love the show and promote it anywhere and everywhere I can.

@21:30 I agreew with you Brooks, but since the slant is wider and the LB came clean shouldnt the read be to the slant instead of the back? I feel that would have been the TD in this instance and the RB read if it was rubbed or slower.

Look at your pause at 8:02. If Carson throws this ball up field 1 second sooner, Dawgs are looking at a 1 on 1 potential house call if Arian Smith catches the ball 23:04 You're 100% correct!!! Look at Beck point to the right after the play. Another bad decision on Robinson. He's been making those all year. Side from this video: Robinson and Frazier need to swap 2's and 3's. If i were the RB coach, Robinson would be playing with the backups. He's not him. We thought he was going to be the next Chubb on the field, but he has bad vision. Frazier is a DeAndre Swift, and Robinson is a Zamir White. Good physical player but has no field vision, and makes bad choices on which holes to run through. He needs more coaching. He shouldn't be #2 behind Etienne. I think they are scared he's going to hit the portal if he is dropped to #3.

I tried telling everyone in the off-season that Carson Beck is a good quarterback but not great he looked great last year because he had Ladd McConkey and Brock Bowers among others he doesn't have that now he's got a bunch of above average guys but no Elite guys and that's where it shows his true Talent which is good not great. This is why I believe we should have gone with Gunner Stockton I think Gunner Stockton with six starts under his legs right now would be smoking people on the field

Why arw folks so negative? Werent we beating auburn 31 to 10, KY by 3 and 6, clemson by 4, etc on natty years? Stetson getting balls batted, arian dropping passes, flat against alabama, flat at mizzou. Yall act like , and the press at media availabilities act like, theres some drastically different situation out there. And ppl act like other team players cant win a play against our folks or they suck and should be booted. That couldve been our qb losing agaijst unranked teams last weekend. But you know what our qb did against a good defense ? 23 for 29, 0 tuenovers and 4 td for 4 trips to red zone.

I don't care. You can say what you want to me, but I just am not sold on Bobo as the best OC for GA. I think there's better OCs out there that can make GA's offense improve tremendously. Bama's defense is not as great as Bobo's offense made them look, and neither is Kentucky's.

@autonomouspilgrimage6137 And it took lots of extended drives on numerous 4th downs to do it. How is it that Vanderbilt and South Florida looked better against Bama's defense? They have worse rated players than GA....(QB, receivers, O-Linemen, and RBs).

@@chewbaka1496 also took a lot of blown assignments, dropped balls, and Terrible o line play. Arian had what 132 yards receiving? If he doesn’t run the wrong route on the screen that’s more than likely an 80 yard td instead of an interception. Also the pass on the first drive to him down the sidelines would’ve been another 50 yards. You tell me what game is Bama more likely to get up for Georgia or Vanderbilt? Yeah it took several 4th down conversions and got some penalties on a few but they converted on them didn’t they?
