Excellent breakdown men! Much easier watch than the offense. If it goes like this for much longer, Daboll is going to have a difficult time preventing a civil war b/w the D & the o. Dex must want to punch DJ in the face @ this point.

As one of the “Boomer dads” (and grandfather), this game was reminiscent of the 70s where the defense would tell the offense “Just hold them”

the big breakdown on the burrow run is pinnock taking entirely too long to recognize burrow is running. he picks it up sooner he probably tackles him after a 10 yard gain. hes running to the wrong side of the field with his back to the play while burrow is already 5 yards down the field. Pinnock was also out of position on the late 3rd down conversion at the end of the game.

Burrow was the difference this game, his ability to extend was the only way that the bengals could move the ball. Our offense well and truly shit the bed, this type of defensive performance should gaurantee a win, but when you don't have an elite quarterback nothing is certain. Wish we had a guy like burrow

Defense did all they could and more. Just annoying how good Burrow is, wish we had a great QB.

You didn’t think the Burrow TD was on Pinnock? Looked to me like he bailed on his deep half responsibilities AFTER Burrow took off running. I'd love to hear what Bowen said after that play- but it looked more like a defensive blunder than a great run by the 4.82 40 time qb

I feel like the Giants are like a true CB1 and a good interior DLineman away from being a truly elite defense. I think Deonte Banks will be much better off as a CB2, our safeties are scrappy, and I actually like Flott and McCloud as depth pieces.
