I dont think Jalen had a bad year last year. For much of the season he was playing very well and put the team on his back to win some games like the one against buffalo. People saw the collapse and then generalized to say Hurts had a bad year, but thats not what the film shows. The simple fact is that the scheme was super basic, a water down version of the effective but relatively simple scheme they ran the previous year. People accuse Hurts of scrambling too much and playing hero ball, but listen to Sirianni talk last year, thats what he was asking Hurts to do. Sirianni's offensive vision was all about big risk, low probability big play hunting, and turns out thats not a sustainable way to win in the NFL. Im hoping that a new compotent OC will get the team back on track. My real fear is that they will be successful and a team will poach Kellen to be a head coach, and we'll have to start the cycle over again.
@modestomouso12345 ай бұрын
Yeah Kellen is almost definitely gonna be gone after this season. If we’re successful, he’s gonna become a HC. If we’re not, there’s a possibility that they fire Nick and keep Kellen, but the offense would still have to be pretty good to justify keeping Moore and getting rid of Nick.

They got lucky against MIN because recovering 2 fumbles is one thing, recovering 4 fumbles is luck (two of then were in MIN territory) and the touchback rule for fumbles into the Endzone is complete BS. Those first 10 games won were off of talent, and some luck. Scheme was horrible and didnt have a checkdown route within the playbook. Hence the reason we switch the offensive playbook on madden. Alot of them routes took too long to come together before pressure got home. I just want to see Hurts with the same OC for 3 years with Sirianni not getting involved.
