Giants have no more excuses their loaded with Kenny Golladay, John Ross, sterling shepherd, Darius Slayton, Evan Engram, Kyle Rudolph and Saquan Barkley with an already good defense. If they upgrade the O line a little and still can't compete then it's time to find a new QB

This could easily mean the Giants go from bottom five offense to top ten offense in one offseason with the improvements at WR1, WR4, TE1 and RB2. It all hinges on the OL and DJ. Same as it did with Eli and his OL. Funny how football never really changes all that much or as fast as people think.

Since you asked what we think as a Lions fan I think we lost a good receiver when healthy now I may be reading a little into this but Kenny reminds me a lot of another player we had DeAndre Levy. DeAndre was one of our most talented linebackers his play was outstanding for the first five or six seasons till we sign him to a big contract. Over the next two years Levy only played parts of 4 games nursing what they called a hip flexor injury then the Lions cut him and he never showed up on another team. It just sort of seemed like DeAndre lost his love for the game or something and he really did not want to play anymore. Kenny golladay gives off that same vibe. So very good wide receiver when in the game but only time will tell good luck Giants.

As a Cowboys fan, I like Kenny Golladay. I'm not going to say he's not worth the money, 'cause I don't think most players in sports are worth the money. But their not going to leave their current team - and city, etc - especially on their second, but first big contract for the same money they can get on their current team, so a team has to PAY MORE, if they want a player. I'm not worried about Golladay playing on the Giants, though. Not with Daniel Jones being his QB (I think he's "ALRIGHT", but needs to get better), and especially not with Jason "SEAL CLAPPER, ALL I'M MISSING IS THE SPINNING BALL ON MY NOSE" Garrett as his offensive coordinator - and his, have the WRs RUN THE SAME TWO OR THREE ROUTES OVER AND OVER AGAIN EVERY GAME / NEUTER MY WRs OFFENSE! I just hope it works out for Golladay. It did for Dez Bryant - while he was young and in his "PRIME" - to a certain extent - but as soon as he started "AGING" and his athleticism "SLIPPED", it became a problem. Bryant would still be an effective WR right now, if he learned how to run - and use - a FULL ROUTE TREE, while he was still in his "PRIME!"
@giantopinionsports6119
@giantopinionsports6119 3 жыл бұрын
Dude, half of Garrett's pass plays the WR's all curl. It's infuriating and the most predictable offense in the NFL. I agree with you there but watch out with the Jones hate. If the oline can be even average you might eat those words. The kid is talented and if it clicks he can be really good.
@dcoopthemann
@dcoopthemann 3 жыл бұрын
@@giantopinionsports6119 I don't hate Jones, but I'm not blown away by him either. Hell, he can improve as a QB just by cutting his fumbles in half. Personally, I'm not worried about it either way. That ain't my style. I never worry about what other teams and players are doing, in comparison to worrying about what they might do to my team, etc. Ex: The Giants signing Golladay, Washington's defensive line and signing WR Curtis Samuel, and the Eagles signing SAFETY Anthony Harris, etc. If your team does what they're supposed to do, none of that is going to matter - or it shouldn't. Hell, I got my hands full dealing with what's going on with the Cowboys - and LAME A** Jerry and Stephen Jones - to be worrying about other teams! Trust me, that's a big enough job! LOL! I talk to some Eagles fans who want the Eagles GM FIRED! I'm like, at least your GM has a "CHANCE" to get "FIRED!" What about my team! LOL! Even if the Jones' ever get a "REAL GM", I'm still stuck with the Jones'! LOL!

@@nyg_relentle_0017 Apparently you lack READING COMPREHENSION! I never said somebody was better than anybody, and I CLEARLY SAID - technically THEY'RE ALL OVERPAID - including COOP and Dak! That's what sports is in the 21st. CENTURY. The money is going to either to players or back into the owners bank accounts, so what difference does it really make? They DAMN SURE aren't going to give it you - or me! Learn how to understand what you're reading before you start MOUTHING OFF, especially to somebody you don't even know! Whether you - or anybody else - thinks Jones and Golladay is better than Dak and COOP means nothing to me! Either a player helps their team win or they don't. Personally, I see 4 players who ALL NEED TO GET BETTER, so I don't know why you're even talking that 10 YEAR OLD, LITTLE KID S**T, unless of course, you're a 10 YEAR OLD KID, then that'll excuse your ignorance!
