I’ve heard Aubrey’s voice so many times on the Maintenance Phase podcast, what a delight it to see her face! Thank you both for this. This is the kind of content the world needs. When I was a little, fat child whose weight was everyone’s business and they weren’t afraid to let me know it, I never would have imagined that fat people would have this kind of power and positive representation in my life time, let alone just a few decades later. Thank you!

Could not love this more. As a fan of Aubrey's, I'm so delighted to have found YOU, Desiree (instant fan!). Totally excited to follow this series. As a fat actor in the world myself, this particular episode had extra appeal, but there's so much ground to cover... I can't wait to see what's next. THANK YOU for having these conversations!

I lost 5 stone of my own accord because being fat is unhealthy. Promoting fat activism is just silly.

I saw an ad for this channel where a “Dr” says that you can be fit and healthy while fat which is complete nonsense. I was in very bad shape but after getting myself into shape and improving my diet my life has been so much better. I used to get heartburn daily now I can go months without having any at all and I feel so lose, free and weightless. I used to say I was fine but I’ll be honest and say I was completely lying to myself. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about making a change to push themselves and do so because it will make your life so much better even if you don’t currently realise it.

Never see a fat old person, nor do you see old body builders or even super skinny old people. Why? All extremess of what not do if you want to live long. Do what you want with your life but when you get 50 your body will remind you, you’re not immortal.

No no, do anything other than trying to make your life better. Don't address diet or exercise, blame it on society.
