Reading comments about what's realistic or not. I see it on many super hero movies. It's so strange that in movies with people that have super powers, what throws the fan out of immersion is things like an actors voice or aliens speaking English. Wrong actor for doom. They screwed up his story line big time. He’s a dictator from a foreign land who combined magic and tech. The actor they chose had no level of menacing tone to his voice. The cape was way to long, the metal skin gimmick, yikes! Why can’t they just follow the comic? The story was great. And sorry to the actor, no we don’t want to see your pretty face. Just the darkness of the soul behind the eyes coupled with a deep evil voice. Is that so hard. Basically Darth Vader on Earth without the metaclorian spin.

Those aren’t the rotor blades, those are fixed supports that hold the center hub the tail rotor is attached too. Pretty much every enclosed tail rotor looks like that.

I'm sorry, but this is why comic book characters were box office poison for so long. They're too silly. This may work on the printed page of a comic, but on screen in a live-action film, it just doesn't. At least not for anyone over the age of 13. I don't know why they keep trying to make Fantastic Four a film franchise, it's inherent family-friendliness just adds to the silliness. You can't make this into something adults will take seriously.
