I'm pretty sure Samantha put the camera in her closet because of the time Maddy left her jewellery drawer open. It was to check if she was stealing and to warn her that she is coming home so she doesn't get caught trying on clothes.

Okay, totally agree that Rue and Jules need a big time break until Rue can get her shit together, but we still need some good quality interaction between the two of them in the finale imho. Their relationship is a significant portion of what makes this show compelling. Their chemistry is sooo good.

@heligolightly2 жыл бұрын
I don’t think Maddy should forgive Cassie either. I mean if she had just shown any kind of regret or sense of wrongdoing.. she did have the breakdown at the birthday party but that felt more like Cassie was simply apologising because she felt so guilty she had to say something, not because she was genuinely feeling sorry. Because so far she hasn’t shown any kind of regret or wish to take it all back. It’s obvious that she didn’t care one bit about her best friend’s feelings and still doesn’t. For her, a guy who never paid her any attention is more important than her best friend. Maddy deserves so much better because she seems like the type of person who, if you treat her right, would be the best friend you could possibly wish for. And that kind of betrayal.. you can’t come back from that.. even if Maddy was to give her a second chance, the thing is.. she might be able to forgive but I doubt she would ever forget. It would always be at the back of Maddy’s mind, or stand between them in some way, especially if they had a falling out. I think it’s kind of impossible to rebuild that trust and bond because as we have seen, she trusted Cassie more than anyone, she literally called her her soulmate. And this kind of betrayal is just too much, it cuts too deep. That wound cannot be closed easily. But I also think Maddy doesn’t need to forgive her. Not only does Cassie not deserve it, it’s also not necessary. Because if someone did you wrong, you don’t need to forgive or forget to move past it. You don’t need to do any of those things, you just become indifferent, and then you move on. Any situation in life teaches you a lesson and something like this you can keep with you and make sure nobody will treat you this way ever again. Unfortunately, you have to show people how to treat you, and by not forgetting you will always hold them by a higher standard, which is what Maddy deserves.

tbh.. everyone deserves forgiveness. cassie isn't the enemy, she's mentally ill and is going through a devastating time in her life. when you're mentally ill and you're spiraling, you don't think about how destructive you're being, i would know. i relate to cassie on many levels. holding onto hate isn't worth it and becoming indifferent is okay, but saying someone doesn't deserve forgiveness is just cold.
@heligolightly2 жыл бұрын
@@paleifying I don’t think it has anything to do with hate.. I just think that Cassie, even apart from all this, is genuinely just not a particularly good person. Even when she wasn’t spiralling and going through a devastating time. I don’t see any redeeming qualities that would make her one, to be honest. And I also don’t think that you have to give something of yourself to someone who has hurt you in such a horrible way. You don’t owe that person anything anymore. I’ve had a similar situation (not the cheating part though) with a best friend who was mentally ill and I haven’t forgiven them to this day. You just become indifferent and move on. Dealing with mental illnesses myself, I do see all of the reasons behind the behaviour but situations like this make you rethink your entire relationship from a healthy and distant perspective, I think. And in those situations you may realise that you made this person out to be what you wanted/needed them to be. When in reality they weren’t good friends right from the start. I think in general there’s just a certain level up to which you’re able to forgive. And if you cross that line it’s extremely hard to find it in yourself to forgive a person. Sometimes you just can’t recover from it and in those cases it’s okay not to forgive. The other thing is.. Cassie‘s behaviour towards Maddy hasn’t indicated in any way that she even seeks forgiveness. She hasn’t admitted to have made a mistake, she didn’t apologise, and she hasn’t asked for her forgiveness. Cassie has burnt all of her bridges and doesn’t care about anyone but Nate.

Some suggestions: 1) Scream series (not the TV show, but movies ofcourse, even though I liked the show too) 2) Fear street trilogy 3) Babysitter 1&2 4) Happy Death Day 1&2 5) Freaky 6) Ready or Not 7) Final Girls 8) Cabin in the Woods 9) Scouts guide to the Zombie Apocalypse 10) Satanic Panic 11) Vampires vs. the Bronx Im sure there are some that I missed.
