Yep, Aussie here too, that is all part of the job. Why I just won't consider a camera that even looks like overheating. I also felt for Jason's back when I saw him with a backpack, stands and a bag. Man, get a beach cart. Thank me later! ❤ Just saw Jason walk down the aile, I get asked a lot, Don't do that as it is distracting to the service. Anyone experienced this?

@waynosfotoscameras I always have a conversation with the church about this and typically what they actually mean is don’t walk up to the front during the ceremony but if you clarify that you really just wanna be getting up there for the recessional and the processional they’re almost always totally fine with it. Definitely, though, tread carefully here. The last thing you want is to be a distraction. If you noticed, I also bailed on the shot and didn’t follow the bride all the way up the aisle, just enough to get the effect, and I only really walked up there again, right when they were going to do the recession.

@@WeddingFilmSchool thanks for the clarification 👍 will remember that in future. I see some shooters/photographers getting behind the couple and shooting. Yes, the shot can look epic, as in one of the films you reviewed today. But I have heard other vendors getting salty, especially live streamers, as it is a big distraction to the online people and the people in the audience. I also agree, we are not the star of the show and the ceremony is about the couple and the audience witnessing it. I only do locked off tripod shots at this part of the wedding in respect to the service. Others may have a different view. What is your take on going behind the couple?
