Course management fab mate. I've never seen you hit so many fairways/greens in reg keep it up. You really though about this round. Competition brought the best out in you. Big confident booster. Major positives to take from this, keep it up James.

I know this course very well, live just up the road in Weybridge. Can’t argue with the tactics for the first 6, when the fairways are firm it’s deceptively tough to stay out of trouble.

You played with alot of discipline James. Swing looks great. I like this format of filming each shot, it really shows that golf is tough even for the better player. Great effort👍

Only a couple holes there keeping you from a cracking round James. Don't be too frustrated with the putter. Like you said, you're hitting the lips, so eventually they will start falling. Can't wait for the next one with Leon. Class guy, reminds me a little of Tony Finau. Cheers from the Heartland mate!

I’ve played Silvermere twice but in winter and it’s a very hard course. I will get down in summer soon and play. The 17th and 18th are two of the best holes I’ve ever played. I love them.

So many positives to build on. Konig is right about building rounds. 6 pars to start with is a solid platform for any round. Looks like the type of course you need to have played a few times to know lines off the tee etc. Keep on working mate, you're 100% on the right track 👏

Hi James. Saw you there and played in the same comp as a disabled golfer and my playing partners said conditions were generally difficult and the greens were tricky with lots of borrow and quick. But well done on your performance.

Hey James, genuine advice here from a PGA pro from New Zealand. I understand you're trying to cover the golf ball harder and have less face rotation down at impact, and it looks like this is coming along nicely. In my honest opinion, take it or leave it, I feel like youre rotating marginally off the ball in your backswing, instead of rotating over the ball. Everyone needs advice right and it's interesting hearing differing people's perspectives. But that's mine. Overall though swings looking good and better results to come 👍

Honest to god mate you look so much more calm and composed, than previous tournaments, I think your putting was good you just get days when the little bugger doesn't want to go in the hole, also this may help but don't look at the scores just play till the end.
@Hixyboyblue4 жыл бұрын
Yep agree. There was a calm rhythm to the swing, especially from the tee apart from some of the drivers but we all know driver is a sod of a club. Putting did seem good but just unlucky really. Chipping as ever is the key to really good scores. Nobody hits 18 GIR and the wedges must rescue you when you don't. Get rid of the destructive number twice a round and get up and down twice more and a lucky putting day sees you score like a boss.

Honest opinion, you ain't got it as a pro golfer you don't have it in you and your feedback in your vid there are indications of self doubt. Once you read this and you can learn to digest this in your head maybe just maybe you may change your perception in the way you approach the game.
