In a mainstream song, yes. It wasn't even close to how fast a person has spoken words. There is a video of someone talking so fast you can't understand it but when it is slowed down everything is crystal clear. Eminem isn't even the faststest that makes songs. Twisted Insane is a lot faster than him when he wants to be to name just one.

While I personally love their new music, I warn people that it might not be to their taste! There is such an incredible blend between the three videos.
