Can you edit a 360 video in filmora X ?

My Filmora 9 is not automatically eqaulizinf the layers like when we select a layer and want to move it as long as the video in lower timeline and filmora automatically show us a line of blue colour which idicates to drop the layer equally as the lower video in lower timeline but i dont know why my Filmra is not showing that bue line Please tell me the solution,I am suffering with many problems in editing because of this issue

hey filmora team, i wanted to share with u an issue that happened to me and keeps making me mad. since i have been updated my filmora x from version 10 to the latest one the software keeps crashing while im trying to export. it is very annoying and i tried to uninstall and re install it but i can't find where can i download the older version that worked very well. i check and i do have more then the min stats for downloading the software. please help :(
