@@cynthiapressley8455 When a woman automatically gets 100% custody, the power to keep the child from the father at her whim, and free money every month to spend however she wants, and the man gets threatened with jail if he doesn't "pay up"..... that's extortion. Court-sanctioned extortion. Guaranteed if she had to share custody, she would have gotten a convenience abortion. If mandatory 50/50 custody and NO "support" payments were on the ballot, would you vote for it? Of course not. Women like her get pregnant on purpose to get that free money.
@aceofkpop1243
@aceofkpop1243 Жыл бұрын
@Broeheemed It's not "free money". Do you have any idea how costly it is to raise a child from birth until 18 years of age? Especially as a single mom with another child, a minimum wage job (no matter the job, a woman will be paid less than a man in her position), who is also trying to go to school to better the life of her children. This lowlife murderer didn't want shared custody of the child. He was cheating on his wife and wanted Margie to disappear. When she wouldn't do that, he killed her. And don't even get me started on the "convenience abortion" comment. If men had to carry babies and then shoulder the burden of raising them, abortion rates would be sky-high. As a single mother she would have been well within her right to get an abortion due to lack of resources to raise it. But she didn't. And at first she kept the baby's father a secret so that this guy could be a fraudulent adulterer with a lovely public and family image. Screw that.
@broeheemed32
@broeheemed32 Жыл бұрын
@@aceofkpop1243 Do you understand how ridiculous you sound, making excuses for a hyper-irresponsible serial breeder? If she can't afford to raise the children she chose to have, those children should be put into foster care and SHE can pay child support, since courts will go out of their way to not give any custody to the father. A man should only be as financially responsible for as much choice he had about having the baby. Remember "equality"?

If you study law, you'll know the difference between the two. Murder requires treachery or premeditation. In this case, facts revealed that the woman approached him for child support and he was clearly agitated and did the strangulation out of anger. This is proved by how he was only able to make those alibis after the act was done. If you want to elevate it to murder, you should prove that the suspect planned everything and lured her in order to kill her.

@monghuni798. A very disgusting thing to do by the parole board to let this SOB killer out of prison. Oswalt should have completed the 25 years, and not be free walking the streets. The woman he murdered is dead and will not comeback to life ever again. But murderers in the USA always get a pass by the judges and the parole board. It is disgusting and totally disgraceful.

@@heathernikki5734 Equally difficult to have sympathy with such men when things later go south for them. 6:25 "i believe she wanted to be a Christian lady".......6 seconds later "police learned she was having an affair with 2 different married police officers" i guess she was still working on the "living better as a Christian lady" part. Its sad this woman was killed and of course she didn't deserve it, but generally speaking when you involve yourself with married men, then threatn them that if they don't pay up (basically extortion) you run the risk of that man doing something in retaliation or to prevent the affair from coming out. The chances of something like this happening to someone go down significantly if you dont involve yourself in situations like this one.
