Exactly! Not for ANY reason. Don’t get into their car. Don’t follow them. Don’t go anywhere with them FOR ANY REASON. Call the police. And never let ANYONE take you to a second location. If they threaten to harm you, let them do so in public where EVERYONE can see and they can be identified and caught and you have a higher change to get to help vs being in a secluded location where no one can hear or see you.

Don’t let them take you to a second location. Don’t follow them anywhere. If there is sn ACTUAL emergency, what are you going to be able to do in that moment? NOTHING. @@johnnythewalrus of course, it depends on the situation. I’m sure there are harmless situations where you may meet up with an ex and things are and have always been fine. However, in these situations where women get into cars with exes - it’s always during or after a tumultuous separation or the ex has made threats towards them or has been abusive towards them during their relationship. It’s not like they split amicably and then ran into each other years later and decided to get coffee. These are dangerous situations and they always start and end up the same.

I would go a step further and say don't let a "bad boy" nut in you just because you think you are in "love". Maybe instead of falling for the troubled loner with a checkered past, and criminal record you could look for someone more stable and and long term relationship material. I know that isn't nearly as exciting but it would greatly decrease your odds of having your body discovered in a trash dump.

Killing the ex as a reason to win a custody battle is the most cruel and in fact utmost stupidity. Suppose yo getaway with the murder, you have killed your children as well. A child loves his/her mother and father. By killing one of them the child miss the killed one and will hate the alive one. This is a lose-lose-lose solution. I am in such situation. My ex is stupid as she got divorce only because I had an accident and ended with a little less income. I have not even spoken against my son's mother. Because, I believe by talking ugly about her, I impose my experiences upon him and create a conflict in his mind and that is a crime by itself.

I wonder if the police questioned the man making the ATM transaction. It would be very easy for the bank to identify the guy at the ATM just by time, date and account info for that time. The man may have seen or heard something. The camera takes a photo every 10 seconds so it's possible the man heard a commotion and may have turned around to see what was going on inside of one of those 10 second gaps in the video.

@@babagandu No, because they reject decent men. I knew one girl, an adoptee, who turned me down, a military officer, because she was interested in a married man. Probably a drug user, too, and lots of stupid girls are interested in that. None of the lieutenants I knew were ever able to marry a local girl at our Army bases in the USA. None of them. These were all educated, drug-free, physically fit, hard-working men with a good salary for their age. The women had NO interest and rejected them all, mostly because of cosmetics: our short haircuts.

@@mikezylstra7514 So, what? What's wrong with YOU and YOUR values? I was attracted to the mind (wit, IQ, brainpower) of quite a few "homely" females. Wish their narrow-minded religions had not got in the way. The Seventh Day Adventist would not date me because I am not one. Same with the Mormons/LDS. They simply won't go out with you. It was the same with a particularly homely and "plain" Jehovah's Witness girl. I loved her mind.

@@davidb2206 I’m curious, sir! Did you ever find love and marry your special someone?? I’m still looking for mine, myself. After many years of being alone, I’m beginning to wonder if my very own special someone even exists and is out there! I’d love to hear a really good mushy-mushy, sentimental, love story if you have one!

The subtitles in this episode are off AGAIN! Why on earth this big problems can’t be finally resolved having all the damn technology at their disposal??? It is very frustrating not to say, annoying. I felt bad about the hearing impaired who cannot enjoy this Forensic Files episodes because “NOTHING has been done to correct this problem.” Shame on you guys for not fixing this issue. Really shame on you all!

Lori was too young. She had no experience of life. So far, we have a lot of circumstantial evidence, and evidence that he was the kind of person who would have committed the crime, which is NOT admissible; its value is too prejudicial. To somebody who has been married over 50 years, and has seen records of marriages longer than 70 years, there is soething wrong with marriage in America, another cause of the mess that the country is now in. Society is disintegrating, and when that happens, recovery is not possible.

Robert's checkered past should have been a big red flag. It's ok to make a couple of mistakes as we all make them but he was trouble from the get go. So sad the boy ended up as an orphan with mother dead and father in prison for life. Not the only case on here in which an animal helped solve the case.
