If Starr got the role in the DCEU I wouldn't be mad, I can easily see him do it. Also sorry to say but Tom has been getting trash writing to work with as Thawne after season 5. Their entire plan for him just went up in smoke after marc guggenheim railroaded all the other shows to fit his narrative of wanting to replace Barry and Oliver's relationship with Kara and Kate during Crisis even when Arrow was ending and Flash was the show that had been setting it all up for 5 years. Obviously use Crisis to build up Kara and Kate since before Rose proved she wasn't TV material. It seemed logical to have them take over, but maybe let them finish the other story properly first.

Teddy were not casted to play Jay Garrec but he were casted to play Zoom/Hunter Zolumen, he took Jay’s identety, and the real Jay were John Wesly Ship and Ship’s Jay had an apperance in season 6 and is told to be back in season 7, so Teddy were not casted to be Jay
